We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused and unopened items. Please note that certain products, like nutrients or special order items, may be subject to a restocking fee or excluded from returns.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, we understand the importance of privacy. Most orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or industry-standard packaging without any descriptive branding on the exterior.
Can I track my freight shipment?
Absolutely. For large items shipped via LTL freight, we will provide a tracking number and the carrier's contact information so you can coordinate a delivery window.
