At Hydrobuilder, we want to ensure you have the best growing experience possible by offering a straightforward return process for items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Center to submit a request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it back using a trackable method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
