Wet and Dry with one machine
Start with wet and when your ready finish with dry
We were able to design a machine that will allow you to start with Green wet hemp for those special clients that want to increase their flower retention and reducing drying space. Or the farmer with the drying space that just wants flower retention of dry delicate flower we are able to adjust the machine to fit.
We have 2 areas of tension shown here that can be changed to accommodate any crop.
Adaptability
Large scale processing done on or off the field
Small enough to be mobile in the field
The unit is small enough to be mounted to the bed of a truck or mounted with a hitch mount but strong enough to clear an acre in 8 hours a day.
Small Scale up to 80 to 100 acre
Taking the very compact but mighty bucker you can fit 4 machines in as small as a 20X20 space. Effective and efficient making it possible to work without taking up critical drying space.
Large Scaling up
Putting the Boulder hemp Bucker in a row series with a personalized conveyor system to maximize the efficiency and increase the ability to customize the bucker to the type of operations you have.
Delicate smoke-able or robust wet
If you have acres of painstaking dried beautiful flower, not a problem. We can tailor the machine to fit your needs. Spring and tension reduction and adjustments can help maintain 80% of the flower. Then by increasing tension and pull you can rip through the dripping wet material. We work with you to fine-tune to your needs.
Stem processing capabilities and Specifications
The iris does all of the work, but we added some extras
- Process stems from 1 inch to 0. Changes automatically no need to change set up to accommodate many types of material quality
- Processes up to 1 acre per 8 hrs of operation
- 160 lbs/hr per/iris
- 80% dry flower retention
- Dual bucking station increase efficiency and reduce labor.
